We keep attendance data as follows:

• Active courses: Data is retained for the duration of the course.
• Completed courses: Data is automatically deleted 30 days after the course end date to save database space and reduce costs.
• Teachers can export attendance data to CSV before automatic deletion.
• Users can delete their accounts at any time, which will remove their personal information.

7. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of your attendance data (export to CSV).
• Correct: Update your name and password in the app settings.
• Delete: Delete your account and associated data.
